If your license key is not activating, the two most common causes are a full site quota and an inactive subscription. Work through the checks below in order before contacting support.

Check your site quota

Every license allows activation on a limited number of sites. If the quota is full, new activations are rejected even with a valid key.

  1. Log in to your account at wpaxiom.com/account
  2. Open the Licenses tab
  3. Find your license key and expand it — you will see a list of all currently activated sites
  4. If the list is full, click Deactivate next to any site you no longer use
  5. Return to your WordPress dashboard and try activating again

Check your subscription status

A lapsed or cancelled subscription will prevent activation and may deactivate existing sites.

  1. In your account, open the Subscriptions tab
  2. Locate your Axiom Blocks subscription and check the Status and Next payment date
  3. If the subscription is expired or on-hold, renew it from the same page
  4. Once renewed, return to WordPress and activate your license key again

Check the license key itself

  • Make sure you copied the full key with no leading or trailing spaces — paste it directly from your account page rather than typing it manually
  • Each license key is tied to the product you purchased. If you have multiple licenses, confirm you are using the key for Axiom Blocks specifically

Firewall or outbound request blocked

License activation makes an outbound HTTP request from your server to our licensing service. Some managed hosts block outgoing requests by default.

  • Ask your host to confirm that outbound HTTP connections are permitted from your server
  • If you are on a local development environment with no public URL, activation may fail because the site cannot be verified — use a staging or live domain instead
